Horrible Horrible WIFI

I called ahead before booking to check on whether the WIFI was adequate or not, I was told ot was HIGH SPEED INTERNET. And they also had CAT 5 ports in each room. It was all a lie. The WIFI was so bad I couldn't do any work that i needed to get done, nor was I able to attend any of the webinars I NEEDED to be in for my job!! Needless to say it put me in a bind with my employer. I was in contact with the manager and I was given a number to call...Why am I the one fixing THEIR internet problem? Regardless i called the number and they said they needed the manager to call them.so they could increase the bandwidth...never was done! I could understand if i found out the wifi was terrible after checking in but i CALLED AHEAD before doing so and was lied to..for that I am pissed off. Never will I stay here again...

Nice hotel
