Shower curtain barely touched the top of the tub and so the shower head partially faced the wall….awkward! Toilet sometimes kept running. The corner table lamp switch at times was hard to turn off Hot tub covered over with wood and not usable…..signage?

Take Care of Your Customers

This was my first truly bad experience. My two young children and I showed up after hours. No luggage carts were available, so we had to carry everything. The keys to the room did not work and we were told to call down if they didn’t. The phone didn’t work in the hall, so we came down and couldn’t find the attendant who ended up being outside in her car. She told us someone would have to let us in and out of our room since the keys wouldn’t work. Nothing was offered to us for the inconvenience. Will never go back to that hotel! Sad, because we’ve always had great experiences with the Hampton hotels.
