The toilet was a little bigger than a child’s training potty. I felt like I was on the floor when using. The breakfast was scarce and the checkout was not itemized and they couldn’t tell me how much they charged my room

Not best choice for Darien but great price

Hotel was easy to find. Attractiveness low as construction equipment all around it. No friendly greeting at registration but room was fairly clean. Place needs serious cleaning/updating. Stains in bottom of pool, leaves everywhere around pool deck. Breakfast OK.

I was so pleasantly suprised (for the price too) at how new and nice this property was. Obviously a well thought out remodel. The sheets, the beds- everything was so well done. We both said the best sleep we’ve gotten in a long time!

I don't know how this hotel has high ratings. The lobby and hallways were clean but our room left a lot to be desired. Room smelled weird; stains on wall, ceiling, and bedspread. Would not stay here again.
