The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. The staff was also friendly. We would stay here again.

We had a problem with the room next door and staff attempted to fix it. Hotel mgt was very helpful and took care of us when notified. Some electrical issues were being addressed also. We did recommend this hotel to my family and would go back knowing changes are being made.

I enjoyed my stay at the Saint Simons Inn by the Lighthouse. My only comment would be that the breakfast options are limited to sweet or savory breads and pastries. There was some fruit, but it was still not suitable for anyone with dietary restrictions. Nevertheless, the area offered plenty of breakfast places with nutritious and delicious offerings on their menus.

I stayed in Room 200. The view of the lighthouse was nice. The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. This was one of the most pleasant stays I've experienced. I will come back.

The staff was fantastic. Taylor was our personal assistant. She made sure all our needs were met and went out of her way to make everything perfect. Everyone assisted the general manager who also worked tirelessly to be sure all guests were happy. Loved our room and will return often as we discovered this gem in an ideal location.

Very disappointed in our stay. We were there for an event and on checking in on first day we were informed key machine wasn’t working so reception had to open door for us . Sadly this went on for the duration of our stay which was aggravating . The staff were friendly and apologetic but honestly no one seemed to have an answer as to how and when it could be resolved. Just a drag not being able to easily access room when we needed to without hauling all the way to reception to get an escort with the master key.

The first night we had no hot water and nothing was done about it until the next day. Then my wallet was knocked off countertop by house cleaners and pushed under the bed. When I finally found it $80.00 in cash was gone. Spoke with manager about it and of course nothing was done. I have stayed here several times and never had any problems. This stay was awful and will not stay here again.

Nice small hotel, friendly staff and excellent location. However we had a bad experience with the AC in the room. The room was very humid and musty smelling. They provided with a dehumidifier and it helped some, although after a few hours the tank filled and stopped running.
