Great location nearby various tourist attractions. The parking was convenient and affordable which is sometimes hard to find in Europe. Not sure if they are short staffed but we were prompted to only check in after 3pm. We arrived at about 2:50pm and there was a long line to check in. When they finally assisted us, they told us to wait a few minutes for them to give us room keys and they would grab us. We waited about 30 minutes (at this point it was after 3pm obviously) and no one reached out to us but saw other guests who arrived after us were getting room keys so I had to ask again about the room keys. Luckily after that the rooms were available.

We visited in 2020. Since then, the hotel has been extensively refurbished. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location is fantastic. Close to the city centre and a short walk to the underground station.

love the experience at this hotel. love the size of my 2 connecting room which allow my family of 3 stay together. Very spacious and clean. the price is very reasonable. the breakfast range was good enough, only 1 or 2 options was quite bad quality, otherwise it is very good. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel. there is also a gym available for use.

Easy parking but very tight spaces. Excellent location. Buffet breakfast average, More hot dishes choice would be great. Room a bit dark not enough lighting and a bit old fashioned decorating. Overall: clean , simple. Fair with the price.
