Guest Access:

Check yourself in anytime after 4 PM. Should you require early check-in or late check-out by 1 PM, it can be coordinated in advance, subject to availability and a fee.



The reservation is subject to the signature of a rental agreement (in line with Airbnb rules). The reservation is only confirmed once the contract has been signed.



Tenants have 48 hours to sign the agreement. If it is not signed within this timeframe, the reservation is not confirmed and a full refund will be issued.



Other Things to Note:

Entertainment: Relax with Netflix on the TV; please note there is no cable TV.



Guest Support: Available daily from 9 a.m. to midnight; extra cleaning services are provided for a small surcharge

Check-Out Policy: Check-out is at 11 a.m., with a 30-minute buffer before late fees begin.
