Staying here with our teenager kids was like taking another vacation. We had the warmest welcome by Ben who made our daughter’s 18th birthday extra magical! Our garden view room was very unique and picturesque. Comfortable beds and a good layout for our family of 4. Excellent location very close to train and sights. Breakfast was waiting for us before we left early in the morning. Really appreciated the hospitality!

This hotel is amazing! It’s even more splendid in person than the photos show. It’s a fun place to stay, with surprises at every turn! I even got lost in the stairs once or twice… Ben, the owner, is hilarious and so very kind. You can walk to a million restaurants, there is no car traffic on the road where the hotel is so you can wander safely, and most major attractions are within easy walking distance. Special added bonus, two cats who love people and are simply boneless in your arms when you pet them. For us, even though we thought Belgium was somewhere we’d only visit once, we are seriously considering going again JUST to spend more time in this hotel! If you are looking for your boring Hilton or Marriott hotel, this is NOT it. But if you love kitsch and feeling welcome, then I’d highly recommend Hotel Mozart. Side note! Like I said, no cars in the neighborhood of the hotel so plan on walking down cobblestone streets with your luggage. Pack light!

This property is so unique and at the center of Brussels. We were welcomed by the friendly staff upon our our arrival and were met with good spirits, jokes, and helpful directions. For Americans, there is no AC but that is typical in the EU and did not take away from the experience at all. We loved this property and would definitely stay here again.

The word ‘quirky’ was invented for this entertaining establishment - we’re not sure why it’s called Mozart Hotel, as it’s decorated from top to bottom like an oriental palace. We like unusual hotels, and this hit the spot for the teenagers who couldn’t get enough instagramming the decorations and the little Riad-style garden. Having said that, the rooms could do with freshening up, but as we weren’t in Brussels for staying in, it was all good and comfortable. Topped by the unfailing friendliness and attention of the staff, and a fresh, free continental breakfast, we had a great time. Plus a super location and a value price.

Location was awesome! Steps from grand palace and all the shops! Amazing. Decor was with. Old colors and patterns, may be a throw off for some people. If you can tolerate for a day or two, you will be fine. The owner was nice. Clean but small bathroom. Will go there again!

Sujeto racista y grosero dice ser el dueño

Pésima atención del que se autonombra "patrón" tipo despota, grosero, engreído y altanero. Queriéndome callar y gritar por nada. Tipo nefasto, este hotel lo ha de haber heredado porque no lo cuida, con su actitud se nota que no le costó y no le importa. Y al final condicionando una buena reseña, que cinismo! Terrible experiencia, habitaciones pequeñas, camas que rechinan, sin ventiladores ni AC aunado al tipo racista = pesadilla.

A boutique hotel with the most amazing ornate Moroccan decor, carvings and tile from floor to ceiling. Beautiful furniture and paintings all throughout the hotel. A masterpiece of artistic decorating!
