wanted to share an honest review of my recent stay.great property and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas.When I inquired about a late checkout, the response came across as dismissive and somewhat rude, which set the tone for the check process. Hospitality and customer service go a long way, and this interaction was disappointing.Additionally, there was ongoing construction during my stay that created a significant amount of noise. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy the property, especially during times when guests would typically expect quiet.To make matters worse, there was no hot water available, which is a basic expectation at any hotel. This issue alone had a major impact on the overall comfort of the stay.Between the lack of professionalism, noise disturbances, and essential amenities not being available, I would have a hard time recommending this property. I hope management takes steps to address these concerns for future guests.
