With room for up to 6 guests, it’s the perfect coastal base to explore the area.
The Space:
Stanza 7 is a first-floor condo (one level above ground) designed for comfort and convenience. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-concept living area with a sofa bed, the space easily accommodates up to 6 guests. It’s ideal for families or small groups looking for a laid-back, well-equipped home base near the beach.
Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds and closet space, with the primary featuring an en-suite bathroom. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and smart TV, while the kitchen is stocked with everything you need—including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and full cookware set.
You’ll also enjoy in-unit A/C throughout, a washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi (220 Mbps). Outside, cool off in the shared pool or grab the beach chairs and umbrella for a quick drive or 12–15 minute walk to the sand.
