Suite floors were sorta dirty, previous tenant personal items were left on upper shelves in bathroom. Some of the towels need to be replaced, they were very used, frayed and discolored. Restaurant food was mediocre. Personnel services and treatment were kind and recommended a great taco place to us. My kids LOVED the big waterslide but the water wasn’t super clean. Beachfront pool was cleaner.

And the location of this property is amazing, most importantly the style of property allows you to be very close to the beachfront, first night we were in tower and asked to move to villas located beach side!!rooms were clean but many details of property are run down, tiles in bathrooms doors that don’t open and close properly on site restaurant is mediocre at best

The location was amazing, right on the beach and close to everything. The pools were awesome and our pool-side room location was spectacular. Rooms were clean and overall service was good. The restaurant/bar was super convenient, though the food and service there could be a little hit or miss. The only downside was being charged for towels that we did not lose. Overall it was still a great stay and we’d definitely come back.

We stayed here over Christmas for a week. Our hotel room was nice and clean, beautiful balcony, had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was good. Our sink had a leak underneath and within 10 minutes of us asking them to have a look, the maintenance had it fixed up. Excellent pools, easy to walk around, awesome towel service. Awesome trip overall

The room worked great for our family, as there was lots of room to visit, eat, and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The beds were all super comfortable and I really liked the extra balcony to hang wet gear and towels.
