Really great experience overall. Nice and clean rooms with easy access to the airport. Reception was nice both at checkin and checkout. Breakfast options were also great. One opportunity for improvement would be to make it more clear how you can book airport pickup at arrival as with luggages walking over is not the easiest.

A decent hotel close to OTP airport. Reasonable price. Great staff. Pretty bad location. The shuttle service is quite limited, it should be more accommodating to customer's needs rather than to fixed hours.

Good airport property and close to rental cars so very comvenient. However as you can expect for am Airport hotel, there is nothing around. Good for a quick night before or after the flight.

Very clean, huge beds, nice stuff, restaurant in the hotel. Had to call the hotel to get a shuttle from the airport. The area around seems sleepy and safe, there is a train station near by. Will stop there again.

We’ve stayed here 4 different occasions. Every time it’s been great. Clean, large room. Good restaurant on location. Walkable to airport but they have shuttles. There’s also a car rental place we’ve used twice now that’s literally adjacent to the property. Wonderful place.

The hotel was average no frills, no flannels, no soap apartment from some in the shower, one pair of slippers although there were three in the room, power went down around 7pm so no electric. Wasn't able to tong hair, Iron clothes or see what make I was putting on. Arrived back in the hotel past midnight after a night out and still no power/electric, we were told to use our phone in the room while they were sorting...this was unacceptable. They did however give us a bottle wine and some snack in return, eventually power come back around 2.30am so we heading back to our room only to find my family member room bed sheets were not change...sheets were heavily stained and had to be moved into another room. The staff were family enough but wont be going back there.
