The room was comfortable and decorated in a fun retro Budapest style but it was dated and not very clean. Specifically the carpet was dirty. We felt it was a good value and the location is great for access to the Castle, chain bridge and both Pest and Buda. Staff were helpful and got us an early checkin.

This was our Honeymoon trip and they have us a great welcome with two slices of cake and some Proseco. The room had an amazing view of the Danube and the Parliament Building. Location was great. The only downfalls were that the shower drain in 521 didn't drain and spilled out to the floor and there was a 5hr period where there was no water to the room. Overall a good stay. We loved Budapest.

Property is nice and the location is good. Checkin took forever, and the AC wasn't working in our room, which was resolved quickly. The rooms are "ok" and adequate, but not luxurious and details like the toilet running, some missed trash underneath our bed, etc. meant it's not really a luxury property. We'd probably stay here again if the price was right, but there are plenty of other options to try within Budapest too.

Absolutely wonderful, modern hotel on the bank on the Danube. Great views, light and airy, comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and tge most hospitable and charming staff imaginable. Close to all the big sights. Easy, but uphill walk to Fisherman's Bastion. Walkable, but a tram stop over the road and near to metro. When I return to Budapest, I will stay here in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel. Firstly, we got free early check-in that we really appreciated because my mom's knees hurt. Then, we found the river view room was so beautiful that my mom could see the view day and night in the room since she couldn't walk outside. Hotel breakfast was tasty with many options. Free water in the lobby. Good location to walk to every main tourist sites. I told my mom that I would recommend everyone to book this hotel if they come to Budapest.

amazing view, un-liveable room

view from the small room was amazing. position and trams/cafes excellent. room ac not working . when fixed water dipped out of the ceiling. room not cleaned for 3 days.

This hotel was fantastic the air conditioning was amazing (I’m from the US). The location was great. There are two tram lines almost right outside the door or one minute walk. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was magical. Great view of the river. I would Actually recommend paying for the river view it really is worth it. I would stay here again for sure.
