Absolutely wonderful, modern hotel on the bank on the Danube. Great views, light and airy, comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and tge most hospitable and charming staff imaginable. Close to all the big sights. Easy, but uphill walk to Fisherman's Bastion. Walkable, but a tram stop over the road and near to metro. When I return to Budapest, I will stay here in a heartbeat.

Excellent hotel. Firstly, we got free early check-in that we really appreciated because my mom's knees hurt. Then, we found the river view room was so beautiful that my mom could see the view day and night in the room since she couldn't walk outside. Hotel breakfast was tasty with many options. Free water in the lobby. Good location to walk to every main tourist sites. I told my mom that I would recommend everyone to book this hotel if they come to Budapest.

This hotel was fantastic the air conditioning was amazing (I’m from the US). The location was great. There are two tram lines almost right outside the door or one minute walk. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in shower was magical. Great view of the river. I would Actually recommend paying for the river view it really is worth it. I would stay here again for sure.

If you are looking for a place to stay in budapest i highly recommend the park plaza hotel! From the moment i checked in the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was massive and the bed was so comfortable but the view is what absolutely made it for me!

Hôtel à éviter absolument

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel classe 4*. La chambre exécutive (270€/ nuit) était couverte de taches de café sur la moquette qui semblait absolument pas entretenue. Pas de gel douche, ni de shampooing, lesquels était totalement vide durant les deux nuits que nous avons passé. Nous avons signalé cette situation à la réception qui s’est contente de nous indiquer qu’elle allait vérifié sans s’excuser. Nous n’avons pas prendre de douche pendant le séjour. Enfin, personne ne passe durant le séjour pour refaire votre chambre et préparer un minimum la salle de bain. C’est trop demander pour un hôtel de cette classification. Excepté la vue de la chambre qui donne sur le parlement, cet hôtel ne mérité absolument pas qu’on s’y intéresse. Une escroquerie à touriste et votre séjour à Budapest mérite mieux vue la capacité hôtelière de la ville.
