Wonderful place in so many ways. Spa was great, as was the buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful and kind. Close to subway and trams. Only two minor issues. Refrigerator never cooled and shower was difficult to control temperature. Scalding hot!

Location: Good location that is within walking distance to most sites. Subway stop within 4 blocks and tram stop outside the hotel. Many good restaurants very close walk. Hotel: Is modern and spacious with restaurant and lounge. Room: We had a king room that was well laid out, spacious and comfortable. Staff: Were very nice and helpful. Full buffet breakfast included was excellent. I would stay here again.

Had to wait 2 hours and bit even though there was places available online and understandably I was 2 hours early. The staff weren’t very smiley, which isn’t an issue.. overall the place looks nice.. didn’t really try any of the restaurants at the hotel but they seemed attentive while seating at the place. Was charged 10 euros for 2 nights just to borrow a plug adapter. Staff are helpful when you call them for any help from the in room phone… they were kind enough to give a delicious cake for anniversary celebration. Another thing the toilet seems to clog up, one night the water was coming out called them up and they changed the room straight away. Not sure if I’d come back to stay here but overall it’s an okay place and you can get to many places near by.

Excellent hotel, definitely recommend it. Few facts about my experience: 1. I was checked in upon arrival despite 3pm standard check-in time. The room was immediately ready. 2. It’s a beautiful artdeco hotel, they maintain it very well, nice spacious rooms. 3. Room-service food was tasty. 4. Excellent pool and SPA. 5. Easily walkable (for me) to all main attractions of Budapest. 6. Helpful concierge service. 7. The area around the hotel is safe and nice during the day. However! It turns into a madhouse during the night with clubs and bars open through the night. A lot of drunk people+homeless and addicts in the area at night. Be careful. I saw street fights and other things that you probably won’t enjoy. The hotel itself is perfectly safe with several guards on watch 24/7. 8. My room was quite with no street noice or disturbances even with window open during the night.
