Chair upholstery ripped and dirty. A bizarre number of one type of towel, none of others. Shower stall of both rooms leaked. Mold. Water stains on couch. Unventilated, I had a courtyard room. Noisy if window open, which it did onto the bar.

We had an incredible room (clean, quiet, and well appointed) and stay at the Corinthia. The property was lovely and well maintained Staff members were polite, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Highly recommend a stay at this property!

Classic and quite posh surroundings without the least garish offenses. A truly beautiful hotel. Food was first rate. Not cheap but worth it.

The bed is awful and not flat... it was almost raised at both ends with a dip in the middle. We got shown an alternative room and it had the same issues.... The room has terrible connectivity with plug sockets in very inconvenient places. The air conditioning did not work, and the room was constantly hot; therefore, I was unable to sleep at night and never felt comfortable under the duvet. The room was relatively clean and sheets/towels were good quality. Wifi was good. I would not stay here again. Very dated and not value for money paid.

The property was gorgeous. Staff very friendly. Spa was wonderful. Two issues, on check in the lady at the front desk asked me several times for my name, then went to look where keys were already pre-programmed (I had to come back for room keys since the room was not available on original check in). She made my keys and I went on my way. Got to room and my brother in law was in there. As such, she gave me keys to the wrong room. Had to go down twice to get this corrected. Second issue, I was quoted by Expedia that my rate would be $501.96. Was charged $539.47

The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were great. The hotel bar in the evening was a little understaffed so it took awhile to get drinks and our bill. Our room itself and our friend’s “suite” was a bit outdated. It definitely could use a refresh. The location was a ways away from the river and where the action is so be prepared to walk a mile or two or take the public transit to get there. But all in all, it was a pleasant stay and I wouldn’t shy away from recommending this hotel to anyone.
