Had breakfast in our room. A little disappointing as the food could have been warmer and there was no butter for the toast; well I say toast … the bread had probably only had 5-10 secs in the toaster and no colour whatsoever. Had a massage at the Spa which was excellent.

You would be missing out if you didn't stay at this beautiful hotel. The building alone is gorgeous, felt like being transported back in time to an age of sophistication and elegance. The rooms are beautifully furnished. The stuff from reception to dining to Housekeeping are friendly and attentive and go abive and beyond to help. The hotel is located in a prime spot for the sights, dining and shopping.

This 5-star hotel is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in Budapest - built in the 1900s- You should definitely stay in this hotel, tour the building, and admire the masterpiece of classical architecture. Parisi Udvar is on itself an attraction to visit in Budapest, and what better way to do so than staying there. I have nothing but praise for the whole staff and the hotel itself (or rather museum) is a wonder to behold.

This was a great hotel with extremely friendly staff. The hotel lobby is a beautiful site to see. The two rooms that we had were both nicely remodeled and very new/fresh looking. The beds/sheets/towels etc. were all great. We will definitely stay in this hotel again in future trips to Budapest.

The hotel was was one of the finest I have stayed at. From guest services and housekeeping to the check-in team and restaurant staff, every member of the team was exceptionally courteous and professional. My only disappointment was the buffet breakfast; while the presentation was excellent, the dishes lacked sufficient flavor. I particularly enjoyed the kiwi fruit and croissants. Despite the minor drawback, I am very pleased with our stay at this beautiful hotel.
