Lage perfekt für Stadttouren, Sauberkeit und Zustand leider mittelmäßig

Die Wohnung liegt zwar sehr günstig für Erkundungen v.a. des Buda-Quartiers, ist aber im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Bei unserer Ankunft war offensichtlich außer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern nichts gereinigt worden. In der gesamten Wohnung lagen Haare und Staub, auch im Bad. Innerhalb weniger Minuten flog der Dreck nur so herum, da unsere Kinder in auch aus der letzten Ecke wirbelten. Unter dem Bett lagen noch Wasserflaschen vorheriger Mieter. In der Küche wollten wir nicht kochen, Pfannen und Töpfe bräuchten mal eine Tiefenreinigung, der Herd wurde auch länger nicht geputzt. Hier und da Löcher in den Wänden oder anderweitig Macken, insgesamt wäre eine kleine Renovierung nicht verkehrt. Am 2. oder 3. Tag fiel unsere Heizung aus. Der Vermieter meldete sich zügig und war abends auch sofort zur Stelle, um die Heizung wieder instand zu setzen. Die Kommunikation war super und der Kontakt sehr angenehm. Wer gerne Stufen läuft und sowieso mit Putzzeug in Urlaub fährt, kann hier günstig uns recht komfortabel wohnen. Man kann nur die Daumen drücken, dass der Vermieter bald die Mittel für eine kleine Renovierung findet!
