Günstiges Hotel mit Abstrichen in guter Lage

Pros: Lage und Preis
Cons: Sauberkeit, vorgängige bessere Informationen fürs Einchecken, Ausstattung
Location: Im Judenviertel --> Synogoge Viele Restaurants und Bars Guter Ausgangspunkt für die meisten Aktivitäten, ansonsten Metrostation kurze Minuten zu Fuss
- Positiv: sehr gute und zentrale Lage im Judenviertel (Ausgang), verhältnismässig günstig, Receptionisten freundlich und hilfsbereit - Negativ: Türe für Zugang zur Reception war verschlossen und Reception schlecht auffindbar, Gang in Treppenhaus war sehr dreckig, Badezimmer hat gestunken (wir mussten einen Raumspray einkaufen), nur Bettsofa und kein richtiges Bett (jedoch relativ bequem), überall lagen Haare

You are right, we are indeed in the center and it is a perfect place for even those people who come for only a couple of days as everything is really nearby. Also, we are really glad that you found our staff helpful and friendly! Regarding your experience with the flat and cleanliness, we are really sorry. If we had known, we would have immediately moved you to an other flat! We have changed all the sofa beds now and fixed the problem in a bathroom. We would like to believe that overall you enjoyed your stay with us and that we see you again! Kind regards,

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel und ich werde es gerne wieder in Erwägung ziehen. Alles verlief reibungslos und bei Fragen, oder Problemen konnte man schnell per E-Mail oder Anruf Kontakt herstellen. Mein Zimmer wirkte sehr sauber und es riechte neutral. Man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Einzig das es Abends des öfteren vorkam das es zunehmend lauter wurde sehe ich als negativen Aspekt an.

Sijainti oli keskeinen. Lähellä paljon ravintoloita, kahviloita ym. Nähtävyyksille pääsee kätevästi julkisilla tai viitseliäs kävelee. Huoneisto oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Olisin toivonut huoneeseen esim. pientä esitettä tms. siitä miten eri laitteet toimivat. Olisimme arvostaneet myös siivoojan käyntiä kerran vierailumme aikana - ei välttämättä siivoamaan, mutta viemään esim. roskat ja täydentämään tiskikonetabletit ym. Myös matkatavaroiden säilytysmahdollisuus olisi iso +. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan positiivinen kokemus.
