Check in process was unclear and we weren't provided the check-in form until we phoned outside the hotel. They then emailed us a form that had to be completed. There is no reception desk and no-one to speak to for assistance. There is nowhere to store bags which is really inconvenient and we had to locate a luggage storage area for our last day and pay for that. A nespresso coffee machine was provided however no pods were provided which was really disappointing. The hotel is in the jewish quarter so easy walking distance to restaurants etc although did feel a bit unsafe at night. There is also construction work going on and the site started working at 07:30 in the morning.

Difficult to contact when room number they gave us was incorrect. There was no sign on a Utility Door indicating there were apartments behind it. We paid for balcony we received a ground floor with outdoor table and dirty mops left near table. Outer door to building is broken and never locked

Extremely Disappointing Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Upon entering the room, I noticed a moldy ceiling, which was not only unsightly but also concerning for health reasons. It’s shocking that the hotel management would allow guests to stay in such conditions. To add to the frustration, when I asked for help with the television, I was met with a rude reply from the staff. Their lack of professionalism and poor attitude only made the situation worse. The cleanliness of the room was also far from acceptable. The towels provided were dirty and stained, which was just disgusting. It made me question whether anything in the room had been properly cleaned. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless they seriously improve their standards. Avoid at all costs!

Clean and proper apartment

Clean and spacious apartment, location is perfect. Lots of options for restaurants, the kitchen has enough kitchen utensils to make simple foods (it even has a dishwasher). Anyway, when you arrive at night it's a bit confusing where they put the key box because it's very dark so you might miss it as it's not exactly next to the entrance door.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was really clean, modern and also silent. The metro and tram stations were close and there were many opportunities to eat outside nearby. You were able to buy grocieries nearby too. I would recommend this appartment and would also stay again there!

Schönes Zimmer, doch Betten und Kissen sehr hart. Hatte jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet, doch fehlen Nachttischlampen und das Antennenkabel beim TV. Bad ist schön, der Fön pustete aber nur kalte Luft, ist somit defekt. Im Sommer vielleicht nicht so tragisch, im Winter blöd. Warum ich allerdings 2 Sterne abgezogen habe, war wg des Check-ins. Man muss eine App runterladen, die völlig unnötige Sachen abfragt (vollständiger Name der Mutter und Umgebung der eigenen Adresse) und dann nicht mal alle Daten liefert, die das Unternehmen braucht. Bei Ankunft am Appartement hatten wir noch keine Info, wie wir reinkommen. Die Telefonnummer, die an der Tür angegebenen ist, war nicht besetzt. In einer vorherigen Mail war noch eine andere angegeben unter der ich wen erreichte. Wir mussten dann noch unsere Pässe fotografieren und die Kreditkartennummer per Mail schicken. Der Prozess war im Ganzen nur nervig. Wozu die unsinnige App und warum keine Infos über Daten, die man hinterlegen muss? Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war allerdings sehr nett.

Superfint boende! Det enda som var jobbigt var att skärmen man kunde ändra värmen på inte gick att sänka så det var konstant 24 grader i lägenheten.
