Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the ground floor in a strategic area, well connected to the beach and main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms:  1 double, 1 with a bunk bed and a single be. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and private car park. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The cleaning fee includes mattress cover, pillows, linen, three towels and a welcome kit per person. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space. You're welcome, take care of it!. City Tax: € 1,00 from age of 12

March, April, May June, September and October: 0.50€ per day per person.

No Tourist Tax shall be paid in the following cases:

Stay in the months of January, February, November and December
Stay longer than 30 days

Where not expressly stated, animals are allowed. An extra €20.00/night per pet and an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 per stay will be charged

upon request, additional linens will be provided in addition to those already included in the normal cleaning - The entire bedding set (top and bottom sheets + pillowcases), the entire bath set (small bidet sponge, medium face sponge and large shower sponge + shower mat will be provided), courtesy kit as the initial one. Cost: 30€/person.

The request for Cot and Highchair are subject to availability and have an additional cost of 10€/night

It is possible to deposit luggage at our Welcome Point in Budoni at a cost of 2.50€/luggage

Arrival between 00:00 and 01:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
