Overall it was okay i just disliked that it was not the cleanest that i would of perffered. The towels were full of dustmits and hair and you could hear the freeway traffic all day and all night long.

We booked this motel based on the proximity to Knott's Berry Farm, it's just about in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room, my wife & daughters were not very happy, feeling that it "seems kinda sketchy" and insisting on propping the chair under the door handle as extra security. I was fine with it, but happy spouse, happy house. The motel is RIGHT next to a major interstate and the room was quite loud with traffic noise. On the side facing away from the freeway, it may have been better, but that's our experience. Breakfast was disappointing, some cereal, bread and a toaster, and some little tubs of yoghurt weren't very filling. I thought it was "ok" but I've been told not to book here for our next Knott's visit.

Not too happy

I asked to extend and I was told I needed to leave another deposit. I was told the 1st would fall off at 4 pm and then the last one would fall off after checkout. They ended up keeping both deposits and my room was spotless as it was just myself. I ended up spending $140 for an overnight room when my prior booking was for 2 nights at $170.

Super dated property

Crumbly walls in the bathroom. Mildew and mold in the bathroom old and stained carpet deafening freeway noise 24 hours a day hoodlums smoking weed In hallway. Uncomfortable beds I’m not sure if I got the oldest room there, but I walked by while housekeeping was working on another room and they had updated flooring and a better looking room. The only positive was a very friendly staff.

Very very old and run down. Gap under the door. Asked for an extra towel with turn down service but didn’t get it. They only left two in the room so I had to go all the way down to the front desk to ask for an additional towel.

We found out that when getting a room with 2 beds it doesn't include a coffee pot or microwave, which we always use at other hotel chains. The "view" was the broken elevator. The Pool was broken so unavailable. The "breakfast" was coffee and cold cereal with walmart croissants in their packages and toast. We used this chain because a friend was here and we also used this chain in LV but will never do it again. If you have kids, I'd advise to stay away. There was a list of items they charge you for - coffee pot, $20, towels $20 etc. I forget the entire list. We asked for paper plates at one point and were told no. We asked for 2 sets of towels since we only had 2 and there were 4 in our party. They said we had to wait til 10am because that's when housekeeping was there. Just. Never again. Fooled me the first time and I did it again. I learned

The staff were so kind and accommodating. They even called to wish our son a happy birthday. Jeff, Vincent and Mariana especially made a huge difference in making sure we were happy during our stay.
