We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our flight arrived in the morning and we were able to check in early which was a great surprise! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and has a small but beautiful pool area. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well maintained and comfortable rooms. Really good quality bedding and mattresses. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is good. The breakfast was delicious and lovely variety. The grounds and pool are a very nice feature. Lots of extras in the rooms to ensure all needs are met e.g. snacks and drinks. Excellent location also and very safe. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you are looking to be in Palermo Soho amongst the great restaurants and shops, you can’t do better than 1828 Smart Hotel. The staff were friendly, the breakfast delicious and the beds super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in town.

An absolute gem of a hotel, 5 ⭐ and more! Small boutique feel, staff are really friendly and helpful, and it's located in a great part of the trendy Palermo suburb with plentiful eating and shopping on its doorstep. The hotel were really accommodating with early flight arrivals and late departure.
