Beware of hidden fees!

The place was nice and in a good location; but upon arrival we had to pay a 21% tax fee. In the contract it says that non residents , with a foreign credit card are exempt of that tax. I learned about that extra fee after confirming the reservation, if I knew that in advance I would have picked another place. Communication was hard and not friendly. Customer service needs improvement
