​I lost my money. I had a 12-day reservation but could only stay for one night. Since they make you pay in advance, there is no way to get a refund. The elevators are extremely small (barely fitting two people) and constantly get stuck. The TV sets do not work, and the room carpets are filthy. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had.

Francesco at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that the refrigerators do not work in the rooms. They do allow you to store drinks in the main kitchen refrigerator, though.
