Good for a night or two

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and the room as not handicap accessible. The entryway was very narrow entering the room. Front desk people were very pleasant as well as the other staff members. I had an issue with the mini fridge and the front desk person was super helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice, but small. Location is great.

Excellent hotel, elevator was broken, so that is why I didn't give them an excellent on condition. I'm sure it was just bad luck. I'd stay here again and recommend it

If you are a UB Student or a guest of a UB Student going to Commencement, look no further! This hotel is literally across the street from the campus! The Amenities are great, and the Staff is wonderful. Special shout-out to Sandy, who made our mornings so bright and cheerful and gently guided us to the caffeine that everyone walks by! lol My fiancée and I stayed in a King size, non-smoking room, and we had an iron, ironing board, microwave, and mini-frig! The cost was very reasonable. I was an assistant housekeeper at a Radisson hotel. So I can promise you that this is a great place, next door to the campus and the campus buses. Tell Sandy hello for us! :-) Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
