Overall our stay was pleasant. It was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable. A safety concern: The hallway carpet was puckered/loose in several areas which we tripped on, please fix. Functional issues: One table lamp was not functional, several Jacuzzi jets did not work, the"fireplace" did not work, the toilet was loose at the base

Staff was super friendly, hotel was very nice. room was big and amenities are were spot on. location between Buffalo and Niagara make it a great place if you trip includes both places. There were a lot of restaurants around the hotel, including a few that were walkable. I would stay here again for sure.

Pros: Nice staff. Clean rooms. Good cost. Cons: 1. I stayed in two rooms because of two separate reservations (but same king bed room type) and had two different style beds. One very comfortable and one not very comfortable hard mattress. 2. Front desk at times too slow due to low staff 3. Family member arrived after me and struggled to get ahold of hotel to get shuttle. I had to go down and tell someone at front desk. They sent it quickly though. 4. No onsite restaurant.

Very outdated decor and not clean. 1st room the bathroom got flooded from the hotel the carpet was old and stained and then they moved us the 2nd room the AC didn’t work and again not clean left hair in shower drain from previous stay. Eeww

The whole property needs to be gutted and redone. There’s charm and then there’s outdated and grimy. Carpet stains everywhere and stains on chair in the room. Bed lumpy and saggy. Exterior side door key scanner busted and door unlocked. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it was close to the airport for an early morning flight.

I found a hotel to be extremely dirty and many things in the room where malfunctioning such as shower controls the phone was that no remote control for the television and many many other things.

First time stay... Pretty solid

Recently stayed at the Garden Place Hotel for the first time and overall it was a nice experience. The service was excellent and the hotel has charm. I would say it could use some updates to the hotel, but the room itself was fine. Overall, no complaints.
