One of my worst experiences. Valet didn’t lock my car. I had to lock it from my phone. Light bulb burned out. Then at 2am person in the room next to me was trying to access my room through the connecting door. I screamed at them to stop but they tried even more aggressively. I called the front desk and they said they will send up security. They never showed up. Finally the person stopped trying to enter my room. I talked to the front desk in the morning after no sleep. He said "oh it was probably kids". I said no way would kids be trying that aggressively to enter even after I was yelling through the door at them.

The property was beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk Kevin was amazing. We had a minor issue with our room. Within 5 minutes Kevin had it resolved and had us in a beautiful new suite. His attention to detail and customer service went well above anything I usually see.

Staff were horrible. They charge extra money in name of complementary breakfast and then you are not allowed to go for breakfast because it is heavily crowded. There is a third party who manages breakfast and they are very poor in service. When you ask front desk about it, they say its not in their control… Property is old and many amenities do not work… like ice machine was only working on one floor among all 14 floors.. You do not expect such standards of Hyatt in city downtown
