Was planning on making this my weekly hotel for the next year, but they charge a $250 incidental charge, which is ridiculous. Of course it comes off my charge days later, but it is just the principal. Then I went to breakfast expecting it to be decent since they have a restaurant on site, but the eggs had black junks in them, the yogurt was only one flavor, and the choices were limited on other things, all served on non-coated paper plates. It just was not an inviting morning to start my day in a positive day. It is owned by a Chinese man who apparently gives a discount to his countrymen because everyone at breakfast was of that origin, which was uncomfortable due to many on their speaker phones talking very loudly. I did not go back for breakfast or use the e restaurant. I will not be back.

Even I booked 2 weeks prior, they over booked the hotel and moved my booking to a dirty hotel for same price. The hotel management was so rude after knowing I was booked with a 3rd party app. I will never recommend or use Expedia ever again to book hotels.

we booked a king and they “double booked” so we had two fulls instead. We don’t get to see eachother often so it was kind of a letdown to sleep uncomfortably. I did enjoy the breakfast and facilities however and the staff was overall pretty good. I hope they get their bookings under control because it’s a shame to see these types of things sour an otherwise positive experience.

Please stay somewhere else. This hotel is worse than motel 6. Our room was disgusting. The bed was so uncomfortable. Second day I went to change room and was told come next day since housekeeping staff was gone, so went next day little after 4 and this staff member was going to switch my room but said all the beds are same so I didn’t change rooms. Staff did not what rules were at the hotel. It seemed like they didn’t care. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Our bathroom had a roach inside it. Room was filthy and bathroom was even worse. Oh and my room card had to be replaced every damn day because it would stop working. We stayed for 6 nights. I would have left but we booked a package deal and would not get our money back. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at.

One night stopover

This was a one night stopover on our way to Indianapolis. We arrived around 5pm, check in was easy & friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant/Lounge, twigs. The bartender Sue was great! We had the complimentary breakfast- which was fairly typical of a self serve breakfast buffet. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities , other than wifi, which worked well. The pool looked lovely, everything was very clean.
