Only 300-meters to the boat ramp, minutes from the heart of Bundalong, offering the Tavern, cafe (great for coffee or breakfast), Squires Winery and general store. This home offers an ideal location for a skiing holiday, a golfing trip or a wine-tasting escape.

In October, 24 we completed a beautiful alfresco area, with a 12 seater table, large lounge area, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and large TV. It is the perfect place to relax with family and friends.

The property provides 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces complete with a second undercover alfresco lounge area. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, soda stream machine, and access to everyday essentials.

The water-ski enthusiast will love the properties duel access with a new concrete slab to pack and wash down boat and the new outdoor shower. The rear access is set up to provide lockable undercover boat storage. Guests also have access to the double garage and there is plenty of parking out the front of the property.

Free Wifi is available, along with evaporative ducted air-conditioning, a split system and ceiling fans keeping guests cool and cosy whether visiting in the peak of summer or the cooler winter months.
