Location is superb in the middle of town close to the Museum of Evolution. Breakfast was very good but not included in my price like I thought it was. Negatives are 1) very small bathroom. Butt and front touch at the same time sliding to the back of the bathroom for toilet. 2) Parking is 4 blocks away in an underground facility. I got lost trying to find the car in the garage. 3) There is nowhere to pull up to check in and unload.

Buffet breakfast great , staff so friendly and helpful , very clean . Parking a pain but staff as helpful as possible with suitcases and suggestions. Bed and linens comfy . Nice view and so close to cathedral and museum of evolution and promenade. Fruit stand close ! Staff had infused h20 and fruit in the lobby that was nice when we arrived .

Pleasant stay

This is a nice hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. The room itself was clean, had plenty of room for a solo traveler (nice big bathroom - one of the biggest I had in my trip) and was located not far from all the main attractions in Burgos. The only negative for me was the cost of the breakfast, which I thought was cost-prohibitive. I would recommend skipping the upcharge, and walk across the street to buy your coffee and a pastry/bread/sandwich for a lot less.

Poor staff communication

The hotel was fine, however, I had to extend my booking. When I spoke to the agent at the hotel, I told him my girlfriend was staying and he confirmed we had a double room (like the initial booking) but we ended up in a room with 2 twin rooms and had to sleep separate on her last night.
