There is no hot water, keys don't work for the doors, for a room with two occupants you are only given one towel. No coffee cups. This is the second time we have stayed here giving them a second chance and both times have been terrible. They also said no discounts on our room even though they have no water and we'd have to take up getting a refund elsewhere. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

I checked in at 3:30 pm, looked at the room, left until 11:30 pm. Could not get into room, had my key re-set, entered the room 103 to find someone else's luggage inside. On duty clerk gave me another room 112. had to lift door to close it. There were no towels in the room. used the bathroom sink, just to have it back-up & not DRAIN. The next morning, went to take a shower, NO HOT WATER for the entire building. Request to have full re-fund of money. Hotel manager has approved this, but have not seen re-fund in acct yet.!!!!! Very upset with this location

We checked in on Friday night, went to take a shower on Saturday and the hot water was not working. We called down to the office and they made the statement that they just found out about it and were working on it. Later that day, we had talked to another guest, who checked in on Thursday, and they said they were told at check-in that the hot water was not working

No Hot Water in entire Hotel. Was told about it after checking in. Called desk about tv remote. Desk said they would have to call manager about what to do. It's a tv remote really. Breakfast was almost non existent. Worst service I've ever had in a hotel at this level. This Hotel began as a Hampton Inn, Then Red River Inn and then a Best Western and now a Ramada. The worst stay at this hotel ever as I have stayed here previously when it was owned by the other 3. This wont be my last review on social media. People need to be warned.

There was no hot water. They didn’t inform us on check in that there was no hot water. It wasn’t til we got to the room and tried to take a shower that we found out. We called down to the desk and they said they were trying to fix it but by the time we left the next morning it still wasn’t fixed. They could’ve at least told us before we checked in that there was no hot water.

Nice place to stay my original room had draining issues with the bathroom sink. I went to the front desk. They changed my room immediately. Nice place to stay and very cheap price. I will stay at this location anytime I’m in the area.

The good: I received a decent rate via Expedia. I liked that it was convenient to the main thoroughfare, and the AC worked well. The bad: The dated carpets had a musty smell throughout the halls and bedrooms. The bathroom faucets had zero pressure, with only a small trickle coming out when turned on. We had a large party stay there, and upon check-in, some of their rooms only had one towel for two or more people. They were told the laundry had not been done, so they couldn’t get more towels until sometime the next morning, which was a considerable inconvenience. The continental breakfast could have been better: the bagels were stale, the apple juice was watered down, and the orange juice was bitter. We all agreed the coffee was one of the worst we had had at a hotel, so we left and had breakfast elsewhere. The internet was spotty. It seemed only one person was on staff daily, so I can only surmise this is why the rooms were not tidied up and laundry was not done. Our used towels, though hung up, never dried and were still wet/damp the next day as we attempted to dry ourselves. We did not place the privacy card on the door. This type of non-service is usually akin to motels, not hotels, though many motels have better service than what we experienced at your property. If this is the level of service you, Ramada by Wyndham, offer/do not offer, maybe you should rebrand your chain as a motel, not a hotel. Disappointed the day the least.

Checked into the room. The room had not been cleaned. No towels, bed not made and dirty towel left on the counter. Went to exchange room no other king room available only room with two beds. Would not give me a refund said I had to contact Expedia for refund plus charge me a $50 incidental fee Not at all happy with this place.

Not the best advertisement online said pool was open and that there is a continental breakfast cereal will make your own waffle was not what I would expect and then Pool was a bit of a big deal in the booking of room in the first place and it not being open
