Hotel is outdated on one side and wasn't the greatest room when we first checked in.. when I went back to the front desk and expressed my concerns Alison was amazing! She was so kind and took care of us right away! Definitely give this hotel 5 stars because of her. Thank you so much!

The room was fine. Having to schlep our suitcases up two flights of stairs at 1:30 in the morning was not ideal. And when I voiced this to the desk clerk, I was told that the hotel was booked solid and we were the last to arrive, so we got what was available. I booked the room four months ago, so I don’t understand why we would be given leftovers. In addition, someone left their dinner takeout bags in the hallway and they reeked. It smelled like something died. The bags were still there in the morning when we left. No one removed them and there were cleaners on the floor. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

We went for Valentine's Day... No smiles when we arrived, we felt like we were bothering them, the noise from the heating system in our room was terrible and prevented us from sleeping, the chambermaid entered our room at 8:30 am... I don't think we will return unfortunately.

Upon arrival, check-in took a bit longer due to the implementation of a new software program, however, it did go smoothly and Alison was pleasant and helpful. The TV didn’t work, but maintenance came right up and fixed it. The room itself as well as the bathroom were both very clean. The sink drained extremely slow. The shower temperature had to be left at the hottest level in order to remain warm. If you adjusted it, even slightly, the water turned cold. The shower head felt like a soft rain. Having long hair, it took quite some time to get it wet, wash and rinse it. When we stopped at the front desk, the gentleman, who seemed to be the manager dressed in a brown suit, seemed put off that he had to assist us, but the remainder of our encounters with staff from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance were all friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was clean and functional. If I were in the area again, I would stay here.

I had a pleasant stay, but my interaction when checking-in left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I stood there for a moment before I was even acknowledged, and the gentleman seemed bothered that I was there. The interaction wasn’t very professional, and almost passive aggressive, which is a shame as I have stayed here before and had an excellent experience. I believe his name was Daniel.
