Completed in 2024, these three cottages sit behind the historic 1930 bungalow at 90 Ethan Allen Parkway, arranged in a semicircle around an ancient oak tree. Renting all three together accommodates up to 12 guests while keeping the feel of separate, private spaces.
Each cottage includes a queen bed, a queen pullout sofa, skylights, lofty ceilings, and warm wooden interiors. Fully equipped kitchens, centrally ducted heating and air conditioning, and solid insulation make them comfortable year-round. Each cottage has its own outdoor seating — the Grey cottage a deck with pergola and dining table for four, the Green and Pink cottages a round picnic table with umbrella each. Two gas grills are available on the property: one near the main house and one in the grass area below the oak tree.
Directly across from Ethan Allen Park, walking trails, picnic areas, and scenic overlooks are steps from your door. North Avenue beaches are a short bike ride away, and downtown Burlington is a quick drive for dining, breweries, and entertainment.
If your group needs more space, the main house is also available — together the property sleeps up to 20. Burlington International Airport (BTV) is about a 17-minute drive, making group arrivals easy.
Renting all three cottages together makes this a comfortable home base for groups of up to 12, with each cottage offering its own bedroom, full kitchen, and private space. It's a great fit for family reunions, friends' getaways, wedding-party accommodations, and bachelorette weekends, and a popular choice for graduation weekends at the University of Vermont (UVM), Champlain College, and Saint Michael's College — dates that fill quickly, so early booking is recommended.
