Ac in room wasnt functional, had to get a box fan as they said no other rooms were available. Usually i understand things happen, but the response the next day was where it became unprofessional. In the morning they attempted the AC wasnt broken it just didnt get as cool as we liked, and refuses to let me speak directly with the manager after eaiting in the lobby for approx. A half hour. never had this issue before and the room was approx 78 degreees. Refused to give more than 50 dollars for a 360 dollar night, after battling with the main management i had to go through expedia to get any sort of acceptable compensation

It was ok, tv was quite old and not smart, breakfast was good enough, staff was helpful. The only major problem was the truck drivers that stay seating in front of the pool that does not make that place safe for a single traveler.

This place was terrible. The redeeming thing was the staff was nice. The place is very run down. Broken shower curtain. Broken toilet. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. We prepaid for two nights but only stayed one.
