Une cabane en rondins - Cette cabane à deux étages comprend 1 lit king-size, 1 salle de bain, une cuisine, une grande salle, un coin salle à manger et un grenier. La cabine est entiÚrement meublée et comprend un lit king-size, 1 canapé futon, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. La cabine comprend DirectTV, lecteur DVD, barbecue au charbon de bois, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, balançoire, lave-vaisselle, table de pique-nique et fers à cheval avec un front de mer. Service Internet sans fil disponible à la cabine.

Really old appliances and utensils. Condition of the cabin makes you feel like it's not being maintained and Unfortunately, we were not entirely satisfied with our experience. A major issue was the persistent noise from the refrigerator, possibly the ice maker, which was disruptive throughout the nights of our stay.Additionally, the appliances were not fully functional; only two of the stove burners worked, which significantly limited our ability to cook and prepare meals, and as a result, we did not enjoy the cabin as much as we hoped. We also found the outdoor hammock to be broken.We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.Best regards,Daniel

River view vacation

Wonderful stay. Went in middle of week, before school out so had place to myself. The grounds were clean and upkept even though not busy time. Office available for any questions. Views were gorgeous, just as advertise. Kayak, swam, walked. Enjoyed porch/tree swings in morning with coffee or book. Lots of shaded seating. Plenty of stuff to do if you brought family or friends, or want a quiet spot for yourself.

Duplex on Cove

Cozy cute duplex log cabin on Colorado River/Lake LBJ. We enjoyed our stay in Manda Shae bed was comfy, kitchen had what we needed for our short stay. Living room was upstairs in the loft. Right on the water nice view from front porch.

The Best!

This has been one of the most peaceful and relaxing getaways ever!! We went to a nice 6 mile hike at Ink State park and enjoyed every bit of this mini vacation. We will definitely be back!!

Was very very nice the walls in this particular unit share two different rooms and they are very thin you can hear what's going on with your neighbors would like to go back and stay but probably not this cabin otherwise the overall experience what a great check-in Hostess the cleanliness of the facility definitely going back

Amazing Alice of nature

The cabin was wonderful and clean. The amenities offered were amazing and the location is perfect to have a slice of nature but still a short drive to Burnet or Kingsland for some city viewing.

Cozy Glamping Cabin

My family just had a three day, two night stay in this cozy, glamping cabin. It was super family friendly, peaceful, and relaxing. My daughter loved the added play area off of the office common area. So much to offer in a little private community. We highly recommend and already are trying to figure out how to get more of our family to visit and stay with us.

Quaint lodging

We rented a duplex by the colorado river, was able to walk right out to the water and fish. Our Place was so cute with all the kitchen utensils, bedding, and everything a home would have. Cable and internet was available in our cabin it had it's up and downs, signal would cut out from time to time. Log country cove isn't far from the nearest town so we were able to get what we needed with no hassle. Only thing I did learn if you have children in the duplex and someone moves next door it might not be the best choice because the walls are paper thin and children can be bit rowdy. Highly recommend log country cove. Overall, we enjoyed our stay away from home.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

When my husband and I booked this cabin back in June. We had no idea that this cabin was apart of a 170 acres, that is like a mini resort. It sits in the beautiful hill country with a view of the peaceful cove, on Lake LBJ. You are free to do your own thing. You have the option to go over to the office and play miniature golf, rent a Seedoo, play beach volleyball and many other options. We toured the 170 acres on the 3.5 miles of hiking trail. The Surayu trail is a definite must. The smell of fresh cedar trees, the creek and the beautiful rolling hills. The evenings are peaceful sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs with a fire that’s ablaze and the sound of the water flowing in the lake. If you don’t feel like cooking. It’s a short maybe ten minute drive to Kingsland for something wonderful to eat. The Grand Central Cafe and La Tequila Julisco are two of our new favorite restaurants now. We loved the convenience of the short trip to town and back to the peaceful cabin. We had a perfect weekend. The staff is so friendly and good to work with. We arrived late at night on Friday. Sean helped us out since we would be there past time when the office closed. He emailed us directions and the code to enter our cabin. We really appreciated his hospitality. The Manda Shae was the perfect cabin for us. We will definitely be going back to stay at the Log Country Cove. It’s a great place for all age groups.

Great relaxing time on the lake

Very comfortable king size bed. We did not go to the loft but once, but nice area for an extra person. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. There are concrete steps down to the lake and we took our chairs down and fished a bit. Rented a kayak from the office. Great place and we will be back

Weekend Away

The purpose of our trip was to relax and see the American Bald Eagles on the Vanishing Texas River Tour, and it was fabulous! The cabin was a short drive from Lake Buchanan. I wish I had read more more closely to realize the cabin we stayed in was a duplex.... let’s just say our neighbors didn’t help much with our plans for a quiet, restful weekend, 😉but we’ll come back! We’re hoping to stay in a larger cabin and bring the whole family next time!
