People were all friendly and very accommodating! Cleaning ladies made the bed everyday, and they were also friendly. Bed and The comforters were comfortable. The sky lounge view was stunning, and the gym was super. The location requires some walk to Seomyon area, which we don't mind.

This hotel is 5 minutes by foot from BIFC/Busan Bank station which makes it very convenient to explore Busan. It is also walking distance from Jeonpo Cafe Street and Lotte Mart Department Store. The rooms are clean, quiet and with ample amenities.

Great hotel, staff speak excellent English. Room was a decent size and very clean. Nitpicky: Would be nice if the TV had chromecast capabilities like so many other hotels have these days. I don't want to watch BBC or CNN! Also, it's a train and a 10 min walk from Busan station which I knew when I booked it. If you have a lot of luggage, spring for a taxi. There's a convenience store adjacent to the hotel. The nearest train station is on the line that will get you directly to the beach area. But to be honest, I found it easier to walk to the places I wanted to get to by the time you go up and down into the metro etc etc. But would recommend this hotel.

Hotel promptly corrected error by front desk clerk

this was a nice hotel. there was a mix up as i had to combine 2 separate reservations into one for a total of 3 nights. we paid extra for this which was fine as it was for a more expensive room. But the front desk person did not enter the change into their system so the hotel was then expecting us to vacate first room and move a new room. this was the error of the front desk clerk. i was clear that this was their error. They ultimately fixed the issue and did not charge for the extra fee for a nicer room for the inconvenience. So the hotel did the right thing and all was fine. just an error by a single clerk

The hotel says on their website that the rooms are ‘air conditoned’ yet when I tried to turn this on during the evening, it failed to work. When I spoke to the reception, they said that their air conditioning doesn’t turn on during the evening. What is the point of a 4 star hotel when air conditioning doesn’t work? I was on the 32nd floor where heat rises, it was like a furnace in my room, I couldn’t sleep properly. You’re better off going to a different hotel where they actually adhere to what facilities they state on their website.
