서비스최고 청결최악

직원분들 24시간 대기하시며 항상 친절 하시고. 룸 업그레이드 감사 합니다만. 객실상태가 역대 이용해본 호텔중 최악. 인테리어 고급스럽고 위치찾기쉽고 주차 편한데 객실청결은 일반모텔보다 엉망. 바닥에 머리카락과 먼지가 큰 뭉치로 굴러다니고, 밥풀마른거 뭉쳐서 굴러다니고, 바에 커피음료수 흐른거 끈적이게 말라있었음. 욕실에 샴푸덩어리 떨어져서 여기저기 바닥에 달라붙어 있음. 모기있음. 객실에 비치된 수건 들었는데 먼지가 풀풀 날림. 사방에 먼지가 눈에 띄게 뿌옇게 쌓여있었음. 다행이 침대는 깨끗했음. 청소안된채로 오래 방치된 객실이던지 원래 청소상태가 이런건지.. 환불불가 예약에다, 방옮기기 귀찮아서 물티슈로 대충 닦고 썼음.

구포역 최고의 숙박시설

구포역에서 2-3분 거리에 있어서 위치상 너무 편하고 객실도 넓고 편했습니다. 욕조도 커서 목욕 하기도 참 좋았어요.
