the building is old and in need of maintenance. the staff is nice. The AC is really loud and not working well. Every time, after taking a bath, there is so much water everywhere.

The room was not like the posted pictures, there was no tub and the room was rather dirty (smears on the wall, gross faucet, dirty kettle with old water). The entire property also smelled of smoke, though it said non-smoking. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and it was a short walk to the beach.

Good hotel in a good area

Stay was good, in a great area, just a couple of minutes walk from Haeundae's main street with restaurants and bars. The only issue is the room was a bit bright (lights different buttons, and curtains not amazing) and prevented me to sleep well. It's a shame cause the hotel is very good otherwise.

Go to place in Busan

The location is really near to one of the main beaches in Busan which is called Haeundae. The facility was very clean and spacious. Nice staffs and the owner.

Nice hotel and quiet.

We encounter some language problem during our check in. However, the manager is trying his best to solve it. Very nice and helpful staff. The room is spaceius accept the light is kind of dimmed. As for the housekeeping, they topper my diffuser water on the side table without knowing and it happen twice. I have to place it to the dressing table instead of the side table.

Great find, totally recommended.

Clean rooms, well managed, great location, excellent facilities for the price. Overall - was very impressed. The manager was highly focused on providing excellent service; speaks reasonable English too, which also helped.

It is close to the beach. Around 5min away from Dongpak subway station. Overall nice stay but the location is not convenient if you want to do shopping.
