Clean room. Never saw any staff. It was all done via codes and messages. Biggestcissue is,we do not speak korean so getting to a website to register our car was very challenging. We had to get a local friend to do this forcus.

Everything was excellent!!!!! Only one thing I would recommend. Iโ€™d like them to have option to communicate via email for the foreigners from the beginning. They couldnโ€™t contact me on the check in day because I have out of country phone. I called them with friendโ€™s phone to request send me check in info via email. Even that wasnโ€™t an inconvenience but would have more easier.
