Do you need relaxation, tranquility, the beach within walking distance? Or are you looking for water sports challenges, want to stroll, stroll through the Büsumer pedestrian zones or the largest fishing port on the west coast and snack on a fish sandwich? Do you want to learn kiting or surfing in a surf / kite school directly behind the dike in a protected area? Is a lovingly and fully furnished holiday home important to you? Then you've come to the right place in the 'Ferienwohnung zur Perlebucht'! The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor of a house of condominiums on a very quiet residential street without through traffic and was completely renovated in 2011 with a new kitchen and new bathroom and was designed in a modern-maritime style. The bedroom is equipped with a new double bed and a new wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothes.



From the modern living room (with a comfortable (sofa) sofa, TV, hi-fi system, board games, books and a dining area for up to 4 people) you can access the spacious balcony, which offers plenty of sun from morning to evening.
So that the sun's rays (which are high enough so that they don't shine directly into the living room) also stay on the balcony, white blinds have been attached to doors and windows, which you can pull shut if necessary. The newly designed kitchen with PVC flooring and side window, which is equipped with all common appliances and utensils, has a direct connection to the living room. From salt to pepper, from kitchen roll to towel, from refrigerator to stove, from spatula to hand mixer and of course from plates to forks, you will find everything a cook's or cook's heart desires.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, round shower, hair dryer, soap and many storage options.
Laminate is laid in the rest of the apartment.
You are also welcome to B. Store supplies or suitcases in the storage room, which of course is also available to you. Here you will also find a second refrigerator, e.g. B. for cooling other beverages in stock.
You can park your car and / or bike free of charge directly in front of the main entrance. Then just one flight of stairs separates you from a relaxing and wonderful, well-deserved vacation.

Schöner Urlaub im Büsum

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung nicht weit von der Familienlagune. Trotz des mittelmäßigen Wetters haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und einen Katzensprung von der Lagune entfernt. Für die Sauberkeit konnte ich leider nur zwei Sterne vergeben.

Trotz mehrerer Stunden Verspätung sehr netter Empfang vom Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr wohnlich und hell eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr klein,aber gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit Strandnähe!

Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte fast alles was man zum Leben braucht. Die Kontaktperson war super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, so dass man wirklich nichts beanstanden kann. Das einzige Manko war, dass die Wohnung Südlage hat und es in den Sommermonaten sehr warm in der Wohnung wird. Hier wäre vielleicht noch ein Ventilator in der Wohnung hilfreich. Aus diesem Grund gibt es einen Stern weniger. Die Lage war echt super, da nur 200 Meter Fußweg bis zur Lagune. Wir waren mit 2 Personen und einem Hund da. P.S. Am Hundestrand und im Wasser ist Leinenpflicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Bereich. Die Ausstattung war genau wie beschrieben. Perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gibt bei der Ankunft noch wichtige Insidertipps für den perfekten Aufenthalt. Über das Gastgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Danke. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Hier gibt es viele Strandkörbe und Liegemöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder :)

Waren mit der Ferienwohnung und deren Lage (nah beim Hundestrand) sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder!

Fewo war wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben, hatten unseren Hund dabei, die Nähe zum Hundestrand war da vorteilhaft. In Büsum sind Hunde gern gesehen, alles vorhanden. Waren auch schon an den ostfriesischen Inseln - hier Hunde weniger gern gesehen! Einrichtung der Wohnung auch nach unseren Wünschen, Wohnzimmer mit Sofa als Ausweich-Schlafplatz wg. Schnarcher von Vorteil. Fanden den Aufenthalt hier sehr entspannend und erholsam. Bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Tolle Tage in Büsum

Wir haben sieben tolle Tage in Büsum verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber gemütlich. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend und nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Überhaupt lässt sich alles super zu Fuß, per Rad oder mit der Bimmelbahn erreichen.

Schöne Unterkunft, schöne Umgebung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und offen an der Ferienwohnung empfangen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist top. Zur Perlebucht sind es nur ein paar Schritte und auch den Hafen erreicht man zu Fuß oder kann die kleine Bimmelbahn nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft/den Vermieter nur empfehlen!

Die Buchung verlief reibungslos. Eine äußerst netter vorheriger Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung, in der man alles vorfindet, was man benötigt. Für Hundeliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen, da auch unser 4-beiner liebevoll empfangen wurde. Ein Guazi sowohl für uns als auch für unseren Hund zum Empfang. Vom Vermieter haben wir nützliche Tips und Empfehlungen bekommen.

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben die Woche in Büsum in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und bietet einen idealen Ausgangspunkt zur Familienlagune. In das Wohnzimmer kommt viel Licht, wenn die Sonne scheint.

Gemütliche Wohnung nah am Meer

Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend groß. Nur die Küche hätte etwas größer sein können (wenn man dort kochen möchte). Mit viel Licht, heller und liebevoller Einrichtung ist die Wohnung auch bei norddeutschem Schmuddelwetter einladend und gemütlich. Der vorhandene Nachtspeicher im Wohnzimmer war leider schwierig zu regulieren. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung weiter!
