Sehr ruhige entspannte Lage

Das Ferienhaus TOS133 liegt wie beschrieben direkt in Feldrandlage. Der Garten ist zwar recht klein (ca.3 x 6m), spielt bei der Nutzung des Strandkorbs am Friesenstrand aber eine untergeordnete Rolle, zum gemütlichen verweilen reicht es alle mal. Dem Strandkorb ist momentan ein abgegrenzter Bereich (abgekreidet) zugeordnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert, hat sich einige Tage vorher telefonisch bei uns gemeldet. Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus in einem dem alter entsprechenden guten Zustand. Über die Sauberkeit konnten wir uns nicht beschweren...nur die neuen Betten quietschen etwas. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Herbsturlaub 2019

Die Wohnung war absolut in Ordnung, auch von der Sauberkeit. Lediglich das Bad hatte diesbezüglich leichten nachholbedarf. Die Kommunikation mit der Person zur Schlüsselübergabe war allerdings eine Katastrophe. An dem Tag der Anreise nachdem wir die halbe Stecke gefahren sind, bekam ich das erste mal eine Uhrzeit mitgeteilt ab wann wir in die Wohnung können. Danach war der Check-In kein Problem und auch war diese Person sehr freundlich.

Modern

Das Haus war sehr modern ( IKEA ) eingerichtet. Leider haben wir übersehen, dass es in der Küche keinen Backofen, nur Plastikbesteck und auch keine Waschmaschine gibt. Man hat keine Gelegenheit seine Badesachen zu waschen und zu trocknen. Bei schlechtem Wetter und längeren Aufenthalt eher von Nachteil. Die Sauberkeit war eigentlich gut. Nur unter den Betten war es doch sehr staubig. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub und ich kann es jedem empfehlen.

Ferienhaus Tossens 133

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Platz für 6 Personen. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Allerdings war das Ferienhaus nicht besonders sauber und die Kontaktperson vor Ort nur schlecht zu erreichen.

Gut modern eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, zu beanstanden sind die defekten Fliegengitter so wie die knackenten Betten bei jeder Drehung knackt es, auch gehören vielleicht die ein oder andere Matratze getauscht, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Gemütlich eingerichtet, aber nicht ganz sauber

Die Ferienwohnung ist leider nicht besonders sauber. Unter allen Betten, Sofas lag sehr viel Staub und Wollmäuse, in den Ecken Spinnennetze und Insektendreck. Fast alle Insektennetze waren defekt. Ein unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Haus. Das Bad könnte eine Erneuerung gebrauchen, aber dafür sauber. Die vorbestellten Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde vergessen und dann nur unvollständig gestellt. Die Küche ist dafür voll ausgestattet und sauber! Es ist auch liebevoll eingerichtet, wenn es noch sauberer wäre, wäre das Haus perfekt.
