I’ve stayed here several times in the past due to its location and I was satisfied. For some reason, this time I was assigned a room configured for disabled guests. The shower was awkward to use and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. Also, the shelf below the sink was broken leaving very little room to store toiletries close to the sink. I would stay here again, but I would insist on a regular room rather than the ADA compliant room.

There was a problem in my room with the TV not working, and the front desk person really went out of her way to help with the problem. She ultimately decided that the best solution would be to just put me in a different room (and in the process, actually upgraded me to a much larger room!). She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. And she even helped me move all of my belongings! Breakfast was the average hotel fare, but food was fresh and coffee was good. Room was very clean. I was very happy with the staff. Super friendly....everyone I encountered!

Never gave room service never came to the room to check on or change the bed sheets we had to ask I threw up on the floor and they never came to clean it up and we asked them multiple times to come clean it they removed my last review because they walked in my room talking about checking out after I paid that morning and the manager stated I seen your review is why we came in your room
