First off we got our room and the beds wer a mess bathroom was filthy! They gave us another room.. beds wer made and clean but the bathroom was dirty and a garbage can full of empty beer tins in our room.. obviously wasn’t finished cleaning! Probably won’t stay here again!

Although the new ownership is trying to improve the property, it is far from it at present. The place is run down, the stairs are filthy, the noise level is loud, and the bathroom not clean. The curtains rustled with the breeze even though the window was closed. Hopefully it will improve in the future.

Overall it was ok. I felt fairly safe. It was noisy at times. I was able to sleep comfortably. The first room I was given was not clean at all. The bathroom was disgusting and the sheets looked like that had not been changed. The heater/air conditioner did not work. The 2nd room they gave me was a lot better. The rooms are really big. I did not get any housekeeping services but I noticed other people putting their garbage out the door to be picked up. I guess if I asked for clean towels they would have given me some but I didn’t. I stayed for one week and two days. I’m a contract nurse and it served its purpose until my place is ready to move in.

Not sure why it’s called a studio 6 because it isn’t. Just old AC doesn’t really work. No tv carrier which would be fine if they had wifi info. Since they are a studio 6 they don’t serve breakfast, the studio 6 I have stayed in has a full kitchen in your room.
