Amazing Hotel

Amazing Hotel to stay! Very welll located, 10 minutes walk to Rua das Pedras, next to different restaurants and bar. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is planning to go to Buzios.

I really liked The pool area with a steam room adjacent tô it that is turned on At night. The room is Just ok and The property has a lot of mosquitos everywhere which makes it Hard tô sleep At night

Grounda were ok and room was allright but TV channels fuzzy and after complaining they said itd be fixed the same day. Afternoom still wasnt fixed and next day complained and they lied and said maintenance was happening to cable for everyone. Next day someome came in and tried tuning it and got 2 channels and not rest. fail!!! Worst part of room was toilet flusher broke and I had to call maintence. Out of all days I stayed there only on the last day was there and english speaker, the rest spoke about 10 words of english and thats it so BEWARE if you only speak english. Staff were also a little rude and one guy kept walking around with a chain, also had tattoos and looked a little gangster

Ótimo hotel mas o quarto pequeno

O quarto é pequeno mas está bem conservado. A cama não é muito confortável, mas a roupa de cama e banho estavam limpas. Ótima localização pra quem quer aproveitar a noite próximo do centro de Búzios. Possui uma ótima piscina.

Instalação elétrica ruim, sem luz e fechadura ruim

Cheguei da praia alguns minutos antes das 14h. Solicitei a possibilidade de fazer o check in antecipadamente. Pois queria tomar um banho e seguir para praia novamente. Na recepção me informaram que o quarto não estava pronto, pois estavam limpando. Ao retornar às 14h em ponto, pra realizar o check in. Me informaram que na verdade o quarto estava com a fechadura eletrônica ruim. E que na verdade o quarto já estava limpo desde cedo. Não havia outro quarto disponível. Em pleno feriado, cidade lotada, acabei aceitando o quarto. E durante toda a hospedagem ninguém da pousada foi conferir a fechadura ou verificar minha situação. A portada não fechava por fora, e todas as vezes que sai precisava deixar o quarto aberto. Sofri muito com calor. Houveram diversas quedas de energia, algumas rápidas, e outras de horas. Somente nas dependências da pousada. Todos os demais locais ao lado, estavam com energia. Claramente um problema nas instalações elétricas da pousada. Na recepção fomos informados que houveram outros dias assim. Absurdo! O atendimento em geral foi bem amador! O estacionamento não havia organização alguma. Os carros trancando uns aos outros. No mínimo deveriam botar alguém organizando isso. Quarto de frente pra piscina, muito barulho. Descobri que era possível trazer convidados de fora para usarem a área do hotel. O ponto alto foi a cozinha do hotel. Comida boa! Buffet de café da manhã bem honesto. O hotel fica bem localizado. Porém não recomendo à ninguém.

O hotel aumentou muito as tarifas dos quartos em comparacao aos preços do 1 semestre, sem entretanto nao oferecer nenhuma melhoria adicional. Os quartos Luxo sao antigos, precisando de uma modernizaçao urgente, como por exemplo uma televisao maior, instalacoes sanitarias muito ruins, mesinha de cabeceira sem gavetinha, agua do chuveiro com uma vazao muito pouca, wi-fi instavel. Pontos fortes do Hotel : Atendimento, piscina super limpa, e um cafe excelente.
