Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no hotel e fiquei decepcionada. Precisei mudar de quarto duas vezes. A primeira, em razão do zumbido insuportável de um exaustor próximo. A segunda, pelo forte cheiro de comida vindo de um restaurante vizinho, que invadia o quarto desde o início da manhã e seguia dia afora. Após a reclamação, fui prontamente atendida. Os funcionários foram/ são extremamente educados, prestativos e atenciosos. O atendimento prestado pela equipe é realmente impecável. Entretanto, o hotel já não é mais o mesmo. Também solicitei fazer o check-out às 17 horas, evidentemente, com o pagamento das 6 horas extras. Fiquei surpresa com a cobrança de meia diária, já que o hotel tinha disponibilidade. Não pretendo voltar.
