"Wir hatten einen etwas schwierigen Start, da unsere über Expedia gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht verfügbar war und uns zunächst ein Downgrade angeboten wurde. Nach einem kurzen, sehr professionellen Gespräch mit dem Front Desk Manager Matt (dem wir sehr dankbar sind), konnte das Problem schnell gelöst werden. Er hat uns eine Junior Suite angeboten, mit der Option nach dem Wochenende in unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer zu wechseln.
Beide Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung. Das erste lag zwar zum Swimmingpool, aber auch direkt zur Autobahn hin, weshalb es recht laut war. Da wir dort nur das Wochenende verbrachten, war es aber akzeptabel. Das zweite Zimmer war ruhiger, allerdings mit Blick auf den Parkplatz.
Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders der gute Service hat uns überzeugt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung habe ich nun eine Holiday Inn Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen – und werde in Zukunft auf eine Buchung über Expedia verzichten."
