Quedamos complacidos con la estadía. El servicio del Personal fue excelente. Destacamos su amabilidad y accesibilidad. La habitación fue muy cómoda y super limpia. Nos gustó la piscina, el acceso a la playa y al poblado. Como crítica de las facilidades: la alfombra del pasillo lucía deteriorada y había olor a humedad en el trayecto a la habitación. We will stay again in this hotel. The staff was excellent. It is accesible to the beach and the restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area was good but it needs more care in the kids area. They need to control the bees.

Great people clean room very well but the hall ways were very dirty no vacuum on the rugs. Also when traveling with kids the wifi needs to work I had no wifi we would reboot it and not even three mins it was down. So for me a big zero.

It needs a little tlc the carpets of the first floor and the pool cleanliness, because the water was kinda cloudy in the afternoon. But in the Suite was everything excellent, the staff is really attentive, the near by beach is beautiful, love the proximity to Restaurants and that everything is in a walking distance.
