The property has a nice pool if you want to swim....6' Cleaning of rooms could be better....floors never seemed to be mopped completely There were charges I found hard to swallow, we had a full kitchen but there was a charge for the coffee packages ?? Also, we requested ice as there was none in the freezer trays...we were charged for that...... And the topper was a daily "cleaning" charge........and it was optional !! If you don't review your bill completely you may be charged for extras. I paid the municipal tax with my booking but they said I didn't ..... even though I had the receipt they said I had to pay it at the resort and I should deal with my provider for a refund. stay at the sister hotel...Hacienda Encantada...... much much nicer and a great staff!!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was okay, but I made a mistake by signing up for a 90-minute timeshare presentation. I ended up being pitched by 3 different salespeople, which almost ruined my vacation!

Great location, value and authentic Mexican charm

While we were only here for one night I chose this hotel due to the location, value and amenities. Parked our car and were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to explore. Very friendly staff and exceptional accommodations for us. Highly recommended

Our room could use updating. We found two live German Cockroaches in our room. We were up all night due to loud music, car alarms, etc. Great location Mediocre service. When we wanted to leave because of the cockroaches, they refused to give us our money back. They did however, move us to an upgraded room that was bug free and much nicer.

We traveled with our 2 and 6 year old and the kids pool area was a big hit. What we also loved the most was that both entrances were guarded at all times. We definitely felt safer around the resort knowing only guests were allowed. Restaurants and attractions were all walking distance which we can appreciate with young kids. We would definitely go back. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The property was safe & convenient , but by 3rd day I had bugs came out shower drain or toilet & went on bath or .turn on light they scattered ..they really sleeved me .other than that I liked it, but with all inclusive I wasn't allowed to take it to my room , especially when it was really windy & birds eating my food .. would I go back.. Ok would consider it but the bugs really have me thinking twice .

It was centrally located and our view of the marina, pool and the mountains were stunning. I actually spent more evenings from our balcony, than any other vacation enjoying the scenery and the wonderful breeze. The food choices were excellent. I can say truthfully, Marina Fiesta, was a great place to stay!!! When you book, pay a liitle more for a marina view!!!!!!

Really loved my stay. Property itself had everything I needed including a swim up bar (two to be exact) and I loved the all-inclusive option, where the restaurants were just below the hotel in the Marina - especially the fish restaurant and steakhouse. This hotel was in an amazing location on the marina with a very short walking distance into the downtown area. Super convenient. Super clean, amazing staff who were very helpful with recommendations and just super nice in general and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is in the best area. Restaurants, close mall supermarket was even better than Walmart by the mall. Resort gives you wristbands and is gated so you feel secure. Great pool towels. Great English tv. Awesome sandwich shop below. Hotel has 5 connected restaurants. 3 pools. Roof top bar which we discovered days later. 3 hot tubs. Huge hot tub overlooking the marina. Marina view kitchenette room was amazing as we could watch boats come and go. Hotel tried to charge 5 dollar per day cleaning fee but it was not listed in my expedia purchase so I did not pay it. Taxes were double of expedia quote. Expedia says they give you 50 credit but when I checked out she only gave me 40 as said 10 was for activities credit but no one said that on check in or expedia. Other than these 2 things hotel experience was awesome! Security staff really nice. Great experience.

i liked location but was hoping for a better view from room. we had a view of construction going on behind hotel. we also experienced high pressure tactics to participate in a timeshare presentation. told 90 minutes but with travel time took 4 hours.
