The rooms were clean every day. Johnathan and Diego were our pool waitstaff and they were friendly, considerate and did a great job!! Israel Flores is the pool concierge and he always made sure everything was going well for us. Our room overlooked a small portion of the beach. You would have to get a luxury or presidential suite in order to get a full view. Nevertheless our room still had a beautiful view of the beautiful resort. We look forward to going back!

I loved the beach access/location, the staff members' were particularly nice and provided excellent service, the property was spacious and had different dining options we liked. The three hotels were clean overall. I didn't like that they charged us a "donation" to the hotel owner's non-profit at check out--charge the owner's non-profit is potentially making tax deductible. I am sure many people don't even know what they are charging and they don't opt out. The food quality varied depending on the time of the day, restaurant, etc. Same for the pool water cleanness. The pools were dirty at sunset, but clean at rose and blanco. Way too many flies on top of food at sunset/rose the day we arrived, the staff could have been more proactive at taking care of the flies. No hand soap on general access bathrooms. Some activities were cancelled (i.e., kids' club was closed) because of "low season", but no body warned us about it and the change in hours of operation was not listed in the hotel's app.

This was my first trip to Cabo, and Pueblo Bonito Rose and their sistering resorts did not disappoint! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were so delicious, and the amenities were wonderful!! Our room had a pool and ocean view from the balcony. We could not have asked for anything more especially for the price point, super affordable. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Pueblo Bonito Rosé a few times now, and I promise we'll be back. The staff is fantastic and the facilities are perfect for us. Last time we went in September so dining options were limited, but I can appreciate that they close certain parts of the resort for maintenance and renovations.

1st visit to hotel. It was clean, affordable, great beach access and walkable to marina. The Plus was access to The Sunset property. Will stay there next time for a few days. The dining options were better. The property and ocean view spectacular. Overall, a great experience.

I loved the all inclusive option this property has. The staff was amazing very attentive, every staff member I interacted with always had a smile. The beach was right on the property which we loved and walkable to other locations. The food was okay not my favorite but other people in my group enjoyed it. The only downside to all this all was the smell in my bed area it could have been the humidity or needs new pillows or sheets. The place is a bit outdated but it’s still nice! I would stay here again for sure!!!!

We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Rose for a week and were not impressed. The first room we were in smelt like mold so bad, that we asked to change rooms. The second room wasn't much better. 2 days later, we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling. They did upgrade us to the Blanco after that which was a lot nicer. Most of the restaurants were closed with no prior notice while booking. The pool bar ran out of Modelo and Pacifico beer every night by 7 PM. The buffet was the absolute worst I have ever witnessed. I would stay at the Blanco over this. The only thing I liked was the sister properties that you are allowed to visit.

HOTELS.com versus The Hotel, Beware of booking

This review is a tale of two experiences. First, my BEEf with HOTELS.com and why I usually don't book through this app!! Birthday weekend, and got scammed out of $517 because HOTELS.com would not add an Adult to the hotels all-inclusive package. Please make sure that you select 2 Adults before you book this property. I was in a rush, last minute trip, and made my booking while actually sitting on the airplane. The difference in adding an Adult, $70 on the app, $517 on property, STRAIGHT RIDICULOUS!! But what can you do once the app has your money and you've already flown to your destination. NEVER AGAIN HOTELS.COM, they were no help in coming to an amicable resolution. As for the property, and two hours of hell to begin my birthday weekend between HOTELS,com and the front desk, was ALL GOOD!! Outside of that shady business at the front desk, the Service was excellent around the property. Definitely felt pampered by the staff throughout our stay. The private beach is on a beautiful location of the Sea of Cortez, I'm still hearing the waves now. You also have several Sister properties that you have access to and we enjoyed the Steak House at Quivira. We decided to rent a car out of San Jose because we didn't want to be subject to hotel shuttles and the freedom to move around on our schedule (had been to Cabo before). So yes, to recommending the property, just not sure if I would return. The intro left a bad taste in my mouth, felt like a hustle, not cool at all!!

I loved the location of the Pueblo Bonito Rosé. Walkable and swimmable beach, two different Pueblo Bonito resorts you can walk to/shuttle to. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms however are extremely dated. The rooms smell like mold because of how humid it is, the beds were terribly uncomfortable, and two couples in our group had to move rooms multiple times because the smell was so bad, and one of their rooms had a leak from the ceiling. 4 people in our group and a few others we talked to had also gotten food poisoning from the shrimp. I would not stay here again, but it was fine if you are going on a short trip.

The staff were extremely friendly, available and helpful and Rose and Blanco. Can’t say the same for Sunset. The food options at Sunset were amazing, if only the staff were as friendly as the other two it would have stranded out more than the others. The access to other resorts was awesome and transportation easily accessible. The rooms had a moldy smell which was the biggest downside.

I love this resort as it sits right on a swimmable beach, easy walk to the marina or into town. Staff are incredible and it’s always great to see their familiar faces. Food is good, love the option to eat at all 3 properties. We always enjoy our stay here.

The resort is very outdated. There is no lobby bar. Very limited selection in restaurants. If there is a hurricane, you will be confined to your room. The staff was very nice, the pool is a good size. The beach is ok for swimming.
