We had a blast. Loved the staff. Beautiful hotel. We had one poor experience at the restaurant La Frida. They charged us 60 dollars for 2 drinks. We only ordered one drink and it was awful. We couldn’t drink it. The food was not good and you have to pay an upcharge to eat there. We loved all the other restaurants. Quivera steakhouse is amazing!!

Resort is wonderful very hilly but have golf carts everywhere so no issues. The all inclusive is excellent only one restaurant had a cover charge to attend.

The rooms are outdated. If you don’t speak Spanish you are treated different and sometimes ignored. You can not walk anywhere. The transportation you can tell they are doing their best but for the price they need more shuttles. Me and my boyfriend had the executive suite with the hot tub outside and when we arrived it was over the top scorching hot we couldn’t even get in it. The hot tub was the only reason I picked this place and it was busted falling apart. The food is mid.
