Mold and high pressure timeshare/club

The location was great. After check-in the concierge pretends to be interested in helping you but it turns into a high pressure attempt to get you to attend a breakfast so they can scam you into their club/timeshare. Our shower had a ton of mold in it and the room was not clean.

Amazing view

Hotel is older but they seem to be working to update it. Shower drain didn't keep up so end of your shower had standing water. Every single hotel staff member that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing! We had a marina view with a balcony. I would definitely recommend that over a city view room. The breakfast buffet had wonderful food and had different offerings from day to day. This was our second time at this hotel and i would definitely stay again.

The check in and check out process was a complete mess, it took forever with multiple people helping both times, I’m still not sure I was charged correctly. The rooms are musty smelling and with the smell of sewage coming up through the shower drain. Water was leaking from around the toilet, the grout in the shower is moldy. The patio slider didn’t lock, thankfully we were on an upper floor. For the price, we got what we got, it’s in a convenient location, and the pool area is nice, but I probably would. It stay here again unless they do some updating.

Loved this place, beautiful resort and right on the marina. Good options for the all inclusive were a bit limited. Both restaurants had pretty much the same food so by day three you were burnt out on it. I’d say skip the all inclusive and eat off the resort. Breakfast buffet was amazing though! Pool was a nice temp and hot tubs were awesome! Service was perfect and everyone was so friendly! Would def return!

Amazing Resort with all the Accommodations you would need. You are 20' from the Harbour which is Fantastic for People who go Fishing. 2 Restaurant's on the property with Delicious Food, Large Pool with 3 Hot Tubs, with many choices of Restaurants & Shopping within a short distance, & access to the Beach.

Rooftop pool and swim up bar were very nice and clean. The room was clean enough. A couple of lights and the phone didn’t work. And the bathroom needed some work. Great view off the balcony, which was huge. The value for the price was appropriate.
