We had an incredible vacation and this villa was a fantastic home base for all of our adventures! Costa Rica was amazing and there were a ton of very cool activities to choose from.The villa was immaculate, the beach and property were simply beautiful and there were a ton of amenities and activities.We followed a tip from other reviewers and rented a golf cart for the duration of our stay. Having the golf cart was very convenient for getting around the Playa Flamingo area (restaurants, ice cream, shops, supermarket, etc). The golf cart was dropped off at the villa right after we arrived and picked up right before we left for the airport.We coordinated the golf cart, airport pick-up/drop-off, and all the excursions we went on (driver picks you up) through Alonso who is the property manager. Alonso really was the star of the show and every single thing we coordinated through him was seamless and without issue. He provided a detailed tour book ahead of time and we coordinated timing of all our activities over text. A helpful tip - there’s a Banco BCT outdoor ATM at the corner of Marina Flamingo (just to the left of the bright pink Cremrica sign). It’s not listed on google maps so I was going a lot farther to the Banco Nationale and Bank of Costa Rica ATM’s which ran out of money. Banco BCT didn’t run out of money and it dispenses colones & dollars.Costa Rica was by far our best, most exciting vacation yet and will be our vacation benchmark going forward!

Perfect vacation destination. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the ocean, pools, and nearby restaurants. Flamingo is one of the best beaches in Guanacaste - we will definitely return!

Absolutely perfect.

We spent a few days here for some rest and relaxation. This property has everything as described and more. Perfect location, very clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and 24-7 security made it feel very safe at all hours of the day. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t let this go if it’s available!

Wonderful!

We recently stayed over spring break at this property. It was perfect for a family of five. We have two teenagers, who loved every second! We rented a golf cart through the Conceirge for our stay. They made sure it was there when we arrived. We were able to take it to the grocery store to get snacks for the week. It was perfect for taking a ride to dinner.We will definitely be back!

#1 Villa

I dont know where to start but I truly want to keep this unit a secret. We didnt have a problem with anything. Kitchen was great and even had condiments for cooking. Love the 3 full bathrooms and the a/c in every room which kept the villa cool and comfortable after being out in the heat. 3 great tv,s, most places have cheap tv,s and the villa had Samsungs. Love the swinging chair on the master balacony. We didnt have to open the doors at night to enjoy the sound of the waves that helps us sleep, the sound could be heard and this put us to sleep. View from both balconies was outstanding. Message tent 20 feet from the balcony that opens up to the beach, we enjoyed messages for the entire family. Becah was about 30 steps and the pool about the same. Anthony at the poolside bar was great with the drinks, Jose and the entire staff was awesome and we never had to lift a finger for beach and pool loungers. Never had a 24 hour conciegre service and they were great, they set up all of our excursions and the chef who cooked at our villa. Room service was great from Coco Loco and the golf cart is a must sine we didnt rent a car. Gym was next door and it was a nice one to get a good work out and had a view of the beach. House keeping was great and did a great job cleaning the villa daily. If you rent this unit, please take care of it, the owners have done a great job and we will only rent this unit when we return. Thanks for opening up your villa to us and hope to return soon.

Wonderful property and location

The location is amazing! We loved being able to wake up and walk right out to the beach. The beach was not crowded and we loved having kayaks, biggie boards, etc at our fingertips. The staff working the grounds were top notch, friendly and attentive. There is restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Best VRBO Ever

We’ve stayed in numerous VRBOs in several countries. This was our best one yet! It’s the end unit of a place that’s not a “resort” in the traditional sense, but is for all intents and purposes. The combination of the best beach in Costa Rica right out the door, with amazing facilities (wow ~ that pool!), great restaurants within walking distance and a gracious, happy staff makes this the perfect beach vacation.

Awesome location, accommodations and service! The Concierge service is exceptional and helped with a minor medical emergency. The beach is beautiful and would highly recommend this property. Benjamin, the property manager was also very helpful with communication and arranging a slight change in our plans. Love this location and will return!

Wonderful vacation

The Palms is a beautiful place. Main bedroom suite is very large with comfortable king bed, ocean view balcony and huge ensuite. Kitchen is well supplied. The property, pool, beach and the view cannot be beat. All the staff were so kind and helpful. It was a dream vacation and we definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Villa Stay

Our family of four loved this gorgeous perfectly located and well managed villa. Our children (10 and 12 yo) had the best time in the pool. The beachfront location made for beautiful sunsets and the most peaceful setting. The concierge was very responsive and accommodating with restaurant delivery and transportation requests. The villa has a great kitchen, dining and living area. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Thank you for the perfect ending to our vacation!

Amazing location

Had the most amazing stay!! Walking out of the home to the beautiful beach, the pool is gorgeous and the staff so accommodating! The home is set up perfectly with everything you could need for a stay! We will be back!! We were able to walk to some great restaurants and felt very safe in the area.
